Orders and Shipping
Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days across India. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the expected delivery date.
You can track your package using the ‘Track Order’ link sent to your registered email/phone number.
You can update your shipping address within 6 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact our support team immediately at support@nekbo.com for assistance.
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹599. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.
We try our best to ship everything together. However, depending on product availability across our warehouses, your items may sometimes arrive in separate packages.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with the product or have size issues, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused with all original tags intact.
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/wrong product at support@nekbo.com. We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to support@nekbo.com with your Order ID and the reason for your request. Our support team will review your email and guide you through the process within 24-48 hours. We handle each request personally to ensure the best experience for our customers.
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, the refund is initiated. For prepaid orders, it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method. For COD, we provide a refund via Bank Transfer or Store Credit.
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, simply send an email to support@nekbo.com with your Order ID and the subject line ‘Order Cancellation.
